Unless you are hearing impaired, sound is a critical aspect of your existence. And that’s just as true on the inside as it is on the outside.
Now, most people think that it’s what they are saying — the content — that matters. And while there’s truth to that, I would wager that it’s far more important HOW you are saying those things to yourself.
To make sure you are in tune with what I’m saying here, understand… the sounds you make on the inside, particularly your inner voice, massively impact your experience of the world. A few small tweaks to those variables can have the power to change how you feel, how you behave, and even how you think about who you are.
In order to take control of your own internal auditory settings, you need to begin by paying attention to them, identifying how they sound by default, and then nudging the parameters and finding out what happens.
