Biohacking is becoming an increasingly popular subject. Executives are drinking butter-filled Bulletproof Coffee; people’s watches are telling them how many steps they’ve taken today; smart drugs and nootropics are on the rise.
But something is missing in most people’s understanding of how to hack into the system in a healthy way, and that is taking control of your actual body and knowing its various signals.
Here’s the thing — if you don’t feel the way you want to feel, something is probably off. And it’s up to you to change that.
Now, feelings are one of our primary ways of knowing if we’re doing well in the moment. They are always “on” and always act as a gauge for your health, happiness, energy, and much more. So the first step to healthy biohacking is to get good at recognizing what those feelings mean, how to adjust them, and how to use them to create better health and reality for yourself.
Let’s get started today by exploring a bit about how your feelings work. Don’t worry, I won’t be asking you to lie down on a couch. Instead, I want you to explore how your body feels so that you can start to getting it to feel the way you want.
Let’s get to it! Check out the video.
